Only One Treats Social Media Management
Created from scratch an all encompassing brand voice document to be used across multiple social media accounts. The document covered language, tenses, hashtags, emoji use and FAQs to assure anyone representing the brand would be consistent. After the creation of the document social media accounts were then managed on a daily basis by checking & replying to direct messages alongside interacting with followers comments & posts in the feed. During the management of the account the creation of user-generated content intake and logging system was essential to keep the feed active while storing content for later use. Using a content management program story & feed posts were then scheduled a month in advance. Created and ran multiple waves of an internally run partner program involving influencers exchanging product for content.
